Volk’s Centralis Direct® laser lens affords the practitioner a direct upright image of the posterior segment of the eye. Utilizing a unique solid methyl methacrylate optic with a bonded protective glass Laser Window® exterior, this special optical design eliminates filament reflection common to other lower profile fundus lenses. Centralis Direct® also features an aspheric corneal contact design for improved fit and maneu-verability, visible wavelength and laser beam transmission exceeding 99%, and the convenience of a knurled grip area extending beyond the orbital margin, for extra-easy handling. Available in both Standard (Fluid) and Advanced No Fluid (ANF+) designs.
